PHONE ORDERS To place an order by phone please call 1-866-438-4246 to speak to a representative. SHIPPING All in-stock items are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address on your order. If you are having your order shipped to a business address you must include the business name in the ship to information to ensure delivery. DOMESTIC SHIPPING All domestic orders are shipped via DHL ground services or USPS Priority mail. This service normally takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. You will receive an email from DHL with a tracking number when your order is shipped. The flat rate is $5.95 for all orders up to 5 pounds. An additional $2.00 is added for each additional 5 pounds. These rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to a Post Office Box may require additional shipping charges which will be added to your order. Any changes in shipping charges will be updated on your order. Ready To Drink products and liquids of any kind are very heavy and will require additional shipping charges. NEXT DAY AIR AND 2ND DAY AIR Please realize that it may take 24 – 48 hours to process your order, and that DHL does not pick up or deliver on weekends. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 – 3 days. Average cost for Next Day Air is $22.99 up to 2 pounds. Average cost for 2nd Day Air is $17.99 up to 3 pounds. If your order exceeds these weight limits the additional fees will be added to your shipping charges. APO / FPO / MILITARY ORDERS All APO / FPO / Military orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping will be added when the order is processed. If you need to know the shipping charges please email us with the order. Since these are shipped inside the US and the Military forwards them shipping is usually at the domestic rate. Delivery time is usually 1 – 3 weeks on the average. RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLED ORDERS Since we are a wholesaler and not a manufacturer, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. All unopened merchandise can be returned within ten days for exchange or credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. No returns will be accepted on special orders. Orders cancelled before 30 days are charged a 10% restocking fee. |
